Reading of the parameter ACQ_VAR_INFO has been modified to read UINT16 intead
of the previous UINT8.
Changed the name of LAST_TYME_SYNC_INFO to LAST_TIME_SYNC_INFO; the same
change has been committed for the event/RunHeaderEvent.h file

Error proof version.
Implemented all detectors packets plus all the main telemetries packets.
Missing all the Init and Alarm packets.
Disabled CRC control on VarDump, ArrDump, TabDump for CPU debugging needs
(the data formats seems correct even if CRC get wrong)
