Error proof version.
Implemented all detectors packets plus all the main telemetries packets.
Missing all the Init and Alarm packets.
Disabled CRC control on VarDump, ArrDump, TabDump for CPU debugging needs
(the data formats seems correct even if CRC get wrong)

Due to modification in the Pamela CalibS4 data now I read
4 packets of 128x6 bytes
instead of
3 packets of 128x6 bytes.
Moreover CRCcheck has been implemented

Finally added a real group of Exception classes
Re-strucuted all the log systems (for better performances on unpacking)
Minor changes following the packets changes
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
