5     1) check that you have installed ROOT and your enviroment have defined

15     export PATH=$ROOTSYS/bin:$PATH
16     export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ROOTSYS/lib

19     2) check that you have installed
20     ---->log4cpp (logger for c++ programs)
21     ---->g77 (GNU FORTRAN Compiler)
22     ---->LIBTOOL (compiler utility)

24     3) create a directory (say YOUR_YODA) and copy the source into it

26     4) from LIBTOOL directory copy into YOUR_YODA the following files

32     5) execute the following commands

34     $ cd $YODA_ROOT
35     $ aclocal
36     $ automake -a

38     $ export CXXFLAGS="-g"

40     that a look at the configure options
41     $ ./configure --help

43     if you want to install executable in the same directory of source code
44     $ ./configure

48     $ ./configure --libexecdir=yourDirectory

55     This procedure will generate the code in the same directory YODA
56     sources has been copied.
57     The executable file name is techmodelreader and it's located in
58     TECHMODEL directory.
59     To make yoda available using just the command "yoda" from every location
60     just making a softlink to techmodel/.libs/techmodelreader in /usr/bin
61     directory (root privileges are needed!)

63     ln -s techmodel/.libs/techmodelreader /usr/bin/yoda
