isUTC is kFALSE instead of kTRUE in TTimeStamp::Set().  I dont know why.

1. Corrected the obt bug.  GetOrbitalTime() from yoda returns an
overflowed int.  A simple cast to UInt_t gives me the correct obt.

2. Maps of magnetic fields are no more produced unless the option
"-field" is given on the command line.
