Optimized the tracking routine:
- released starting condition for Hough transform (no more 3 XY couples, but 3X+3Y with at least 1 XY couple)
- more efficient second-track search
- nuclei recovery condition (low-charge clusters excluded from track search)

NB!!!!: for data reduced with this software proper EFIICIENCIES should be considered
